The Rx 400 series is an upcoming family of GPUs developed by AMD. The cards will be the first to feature 14nm FinFET manufacturing, and second series after the AMD Radeon R9 Fury Series to feature High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), which is faster than the current GDDR5 memory. It is expected that the cards will be released in 2016.
